Under the franchising authority of the State of California, the City of Simi Valley serves as intermediary for unresolved cable complaints. Unfortunately, the City does not have any authority to resolve satellite, internet, or telephone service complaints. For the most effective and efficient resolution, all complaints should first be directed to the appropriate Service Provider. If the issue is unable to be resolved between the provider and customer, please complete all of the required information below to have the City process the complaint on your behalf. Only complaints with the subscriber name, telephone number, service address, and thorough description of the issue will be processed by the City.
