Simi Valley Transit On Demand (SVT On Demand) is an affordable and convenient way to get around Simi Valley! Open to all residents and visitors, this is a flexible rideshare service, offering same day bookings, provides safe and reliable transportation - whether you're commuting to work, heading to school, shopping, or simply exploring the city.

Booking a ride is easy. Use the Simi Valley Transit app (available when you access Google Play Store and access Apple App Store), call (805) 583-6464, or visit book.svt.rideco.com website to book a ride.

Service is available within the primary service zone, Zone #1, as well as at designated Zones including Adventist Health (Zone #2), the Civic Center (Zone #3), the Simi Valley Train Station (Zone #4), and Moorpark College (Zone #5).

  1. Book Rides On Demand or Schedule Ahead: Download the Simi Valley Transit app and book a ride now or schedule one for later the same day. All bookings are for same-day service.
  2. Select Your Ride Information: Easily select your ride type, number of riders, and when you need the service to travel anywhere within the service zone. Special discounts are available for seniors and those with disabilities.
  3. Arrive at Pick-Up Location: Arrive at your pick-up location 5 minutes before the pick-up window begins. One of our vehicles will pick you up at the curb and drive you to your destination.

Mobility Devices

Vehicles are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible and equipped to transport wheelchairs and ADA approved scooters. 

Car Seats and Boosters

Riders must provide children's car seats or boosters. Please see California law for more information.

Service Animals and Pets

Service animals must be on a harness or leash at all times. Non-service animals must be in a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved carrier which fits on lap or under the seat.
