Availability Letter

An Availability Letter may be required to document that City of Simi Valley water services are available to the property.

Water Will-Serve Letter

A Water Will-Serve Letter (WWSL) provides assurance that the City of Simi Valley will provide water services, under specified conditions, to a property. In order to receive a Water Will-Serve Letter, Connection Fees must be paid. A Water Will Serve Letter may be required for a property owner to obtain a Building Permit from the property's land use jurisdiction (this could be either the City of Simi Valley or the County of Ventura).
