A Will-Serve Letter provides assurance that the City of Simi Valley will provide sewer / water services, under specified conditions, to a property. In order to receive a Will-Serve Letter, Connection Fees must be paid. Generally, a Will-Serve Letter is required for a property owner to obtain a Building Permit from the property's land use jurisdiction (this could be either the City of Simi Valley or the County of Ventura).
