If you are reporting a FIRE Hydrant, FIRE Lane, DISABLED Parking Space, Wrong Way or BLOCKING of your DRIVEWAY/SIDEWALK violation that is occurring right now, please call SVPD for Service at 805-583-6950 and request Dispatch.  Advise Dispatch of the violation that is occurring.   The above violations will be handled 24/7 as field resources are available.  Report all other parking violations along with abandoned and/or inoperable vehicles that are on a public street or private property.

Please do not send in multiple complaints on a single vehicle during the course of a week.  All complaints will be fully investigated.  If your concern is not resolved in a week's time and you have not observed any enforcement actions, please email SVPD Traffic - Parking with the address location and your request for additional information.
