The Zoning Map of the City of Simi Valley designates the approved land-use classification for each parcel within the city as defined by the city´s Zoning Ordinance.

Zoning maps depict the division of areas in the City that have different development and use regulations. Simi Valley has several residential, commercial, and industrial zones, specific plan areas, and overlay zones.
