Are you unsure which agency to call or where to find assistance? For more helpful information and referral to local government and non-profit resources to assist with a wide variety of needs, including referral to City and government services, landlord/tenant issues, neighbor concerns, homeless services, social services, and consumer resources please call 2-1-1.

Housing Information

For landlord/tenant information, contact the Housing Rights Center by calling (800) 477-5977 or (213) 201-0867 (TTY), the County of Ventura District Attorney Consumer Mediation Section by calling (805) 654-3110, or the California Department of Consumer Affairs landlord/tenant booklet.

E-Notification

The City of Simi Valley’s Task Force on Homelessness meets quarterly and is focused on policy development, regional and local collaboration, and agency resource allocation on a community-wide level. There is also a Homeless Resource Coordination meeting that meets quarterly to receive informational presentations to assist service providers, share resources and identify gaps in services (both meetings are public meetings). Interested organizations and individuals are encouraged to sign up for e-notify to receive email information, variances in meeting dates, and to stay informed regarding current and future updates.
