Planning a special event? Consider the Simi Valley Senior Center. The Simi Valley Senior Center is an attractive venue for weddings, birthday parties, meetings, and special events. Rooms are available during weekday evenings and weekends when the facility is not in use. Setup of tables and chairs is included in the reasonable rental rates. Liability insurance and security deposits are required, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Reduced rates apply to Simi Valley-based non-profit organizations and Simi Valley residents. Multipurpose Room

Multi-purpose Room The Multipurpose Room (MPR) is the largest room available for rent. It is perfect for wedding receptions, classes, meetings, and parties. A beautiful oak floor makes this room ideal for events that include dancing. A full kitchen is available for events where food will be served. The MPR measures approximately 50 x 58 feet and can seat approximately 160 people at five-foot round tables or 200 people in theatre-style seating.

Patio

Patio The Patio is available for rent only in conjunction with the Multipurpose Room (MPR). This open-air, atrium-style courtyard provides overflow space for larger events and creates a pleasant indoor/outdoor setting. The Patio measures approximately 58 x 60 feet and has patio furniture to seat approximately 40 people. During evening rentals, it provides ambient lighting from string lights.

Arts and Crafts Room 123

The Arts and Crafts Room is perfect for classes or meetings. It measures approximately 25 x 35 feet and can seat approximately 36 people at 5' rectangular tables.

Conference Room 122

Senior Center Room 122 Conference Room 122 measures approximately 14 x 27 feet and has a large oval meeting table that seats 20 people.

Conference Room 105

Conference Room 105 measures approximately 10'W x 20'L x 15'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat ten people at an oval meeting table.

Classroom 106

Senior Center Room 106 Classroom 106 measures approximately 15'W x 31'L x 36'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat 24 people at 5' rectangular tables or 40 people in theatre-style seating. When the room divider is open, it can be combined and rented with Classroom 107.

Classroom 107

Classroom 107 measures approximately 15'W x 31'L x 36'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat 24 people at 5' rectangular tables or 40 in theatre-style seating. When the room divider is open, it can combined and rented with Classroom 106.

Game Room 108

The Game Room measures approximately 16'W x 24'L x 26'W (trapezoid-shaped) and can seat 24 people at 4' card tables.

Meeting Room 120

Meating Room 120 measures approximately 16 x 20 feet and can seat 20 people at 4' card tables.

Location Details

The Simi Valley Senior Center is conveniently located near City Hall and the Simi Valley Public Library (Map). It is one block north of Alamo Street, west of Tapo Canyon Road.

Parking is available on the north and west (Main Entrance) sides of the building. The north parking lot has 77 parking spaces, 12 of which are handicapped reserved. The Senior Center's west parking lot has 103 parking spaces, 14 of which are handicapped reserved.
