The City of Simi Valley has ended its service contract with Dropcountr, effective September 1, 2025, as we transition to a new and improved water consumption tracking system.

We understand this change may cause some inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we make this upgrade. The new application will be available before the end of 2025 as part of a refreshed online payment portal featuring a new look, enhanced functionality, and an improved customer experience.
