Payment Options
The City of Simi Valley offers several payment options for water utility bills. Some payment methods include a City convenience fee to cover processing costs.
Why is there a convenience fee?
Credit card and debit card companies charge the merchant (the City) fees to use their service. Because the City is required to recover all costs, water utility transactions include any applicable convenience fees as part of that cost recovery. Those convenience fees are the responsibility of the customer.
