As of July 9, 2019 all Simi Valley Waterworks District No. 8 customers have a new account number. Customers need to re-register in order to use the online portal to view their bill or make payments.
In compliance with SB 998, the City established a policy on the Discontinuation of Residential Water Service Due to Nonpayment. This policy is also available in the following languages: Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, and Arabic.

Mailed and In-Person Payments
If you are a customer of Waterworks District No. 8, you may pay your bill in person at 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, Simi Valley, CA 93063 from 7:45 a.m. - 5:10 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
