Parking citation payments may be made in person at City Hall or by mail.
Pay in Person
Pay in person at the Customer Services Counter at City Hall, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Visit the Admin Services Counter webpage for a Civic Center map.
Pay by Mail
To send payment by U.S. Mail, make the check payable to the City of Simi Valley and mail it to the address below. Please include the citation number on the face of the check.

Contest a Citation
To contest a citation, complete the Parking Citation Administrative Review Form and mail it to the address below.

Citations must be contested within 21 calendar days of the date the citation was issued. A Police Department staff member will review the circumstances surrounding the citation and determine liability. The Administrative Review findings will include information about how to appeal the decision to a higher level.

Change of Address
The law requires you to keep your address with the DMV current. If you move, your new address must be provided to the DMV within 10 days. If the DMV is not notified of an address change and reminder notices were sent to the previous address, you will be responsible for any late fees added to the citation.
