The City of Simi Valley’s Council on Aging (COA) invites the community to ring in the New Year at its annual New Year’s Celebration Dance on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, hosted from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi. 

Guests will enjoy live music by Tropic Starr, dancing, a delicious dinner, refreshments, festive party favors, and table-assigned seating. Tickets are $30 and available at the Senior Center now through Friday, December 19, 2025, or until sold out. Seating is limited, so early ticket purchases are recommended. 

“This event brings neighbors together to celebrate and connect,” said Bill Oliver, COA Chair. “Shared traditions like this strengthen community and lift spirits.” 

The New Year’s Celebration Dance is a long-standing community favorite that supports social connection and well-being among older adults.
