Artis Senior Living General Plan Amendment Pre-screening Request Continued to January 28, 2019

The General Plan Amendment Pre-screening request has been continued to January 28, 2019 at the request of the applicant, Artis Senior Living. The item was previously continued from the October 29, 2018 City Council meeting to the November 26, 2018 City Council meeting. The request involves a Public Hearing to consider General Plan Amendment Pre-screening Review GPPS-2018-04, a request to change the General Plan land use designation from Open Space to Residential Low for a 3.03-acre portion of a 31.84-acre parcel, and Residential Estate for the remaining portion of the parcel. The site is located at 1066 Country Club Drive, south of Madera Road and west of Country Club Drive.
Artis Senior Living submitted a letter to the City requesting additional time to outreach to the community regarding the request, which is available on the City’s website at www.simivalley.org.
