Housing Rights Workshop Available at the Simi Valley Senior Center

The Southern California Housing Rights Center will conduct a housing rights workshop on Thursday, November 6, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Simi Valley Senior Center, 3900 Avenida Simi (map). The free workshop will provide information on fair housing laws, and how to recognize and prevent housing discrimination. Other topics will include tenant and landlord rights and responsibilities, rent increases, evictions, proper noticing and more.
