The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center (CAC) offers a rental subsidy for certain programs and events that might not otherwise be able to occur due to costs. Subsidy requests are only granted for performances, educational activities, and events that assist the CAC in fulfilling its mission.  To apply for a subsidy, please complete the form below.  If you have any questions, please contact CAC staff at 805-583-7905. 

Terms: 

• Subsidy applications must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the program or event.
• Only non-profit organizations or not-for-profit programs/events are eligible to apply for subsidy.
• Granted subsidies for recurring events are valid for a period of one year from the date of approval.
• Subsidy applications are reviewed by CAC staff and the Simi Valley Arts Commission. 
• The City of Simi Valley reserves all rights and may change or discontinue the subsidy program at any point without notice.
