Come join your friends and neighbors for Coastal Cleanup Day! It is the largest volunteer event in California. This is a great opportunity for you to make a positive contribution and protect your environment by helping keep your neighborhood and waterways clean and beautiful.
We are meeting at the northeast corner of the park near Arroyo Simi at Erringer Road.
How to prepare? Keep yourself safe by wearing long pants, sturdy shoes, gloves, hat, insect repellent and sunscreen.
You can also fill out your waiver ahead of time online at https://www.vccoastcleanup.org. Just make sure to show your confirmation email to cleanup staff on the day of your cleanup.
Cleanup supplies, safety vests, gloves, buckets, and grabbers, as well as waivers, will be available at each cleanup site. Community service hours are also available.
