The City is seeking to fill five vacancies on the Neighborhood Council District Three Executive Board. 

Residents age 18 and older living in Neighborhood Council District Three are encouraged to apply for a partial term beginning October 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2028. Successful applicants will be appointed by the City Council to serve in an advisory role on development projects and community issues.
