The Community Projects Grant Review Committee (CPG Review Committee) was appointed by the City Council as an advisory body to assist in the review and evaluation of CPG funding requests. The overall requests received routinely exceed the $150,000 available each year. This meeting serves as an orientation for CPG Review Committee members to focus on their roles and responsibilities of the review and will include a discussion of the criteria used to evaluate the funding requests. Please note the merits of the individual funding requests will not be discussed at this meeting. On April 22, 2026, the CPG Review Committee will hold a public meeting to evaluate and make a recommendation on the funding requests received. The recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at a meeting on May 11, 2026.
