The Housing section works with property developers to assist in bringing affordable housing to the City. The Housing section also creates and monitors various programs such as: the Home Rehabilitation Program, First Time Homebuyer Program, the Senior Rent Subsidy Program, and the Fair Housing Outreach and Counseling Program. The Special Projects section provides Census and population information, processes City annexations, and administers the Managed Growth Plan. In addition, the Division administers the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG).
