Customer Services

The Customer Services division is responsible for the processing of utility billing, parking citations, transient occupancy tax, business tax receipts, miscellaneous accounts receivable, bus passes (SmartCards), and dog licenses. Customer Services staff also coordinate sales tax audits, the City’s business tax compliance program, and the issuance of permits for special events and location filming.
