Arroyo Cleanup

Overview

By reducing, reusing, and recycling, Simi Valley residents and businesses have exceeded the State of California's law that requires diversion of least 50% of all waste from being landfilled.  However, there is still much more that we can do.  There are many programs, services, and resources available to assist our community on continuing to reduce the amount of waste that goes to landfills.  There are numerous waste and recycling collection programs to help you properly dispose of and recycle household hazardous wastes, electronic waste, and other materials, special events, and green tips for waste reduction and reuse.
